Hey All, Happy Friday! We’re building a tool for RevOps and finance teams to help maximize the ROI of business travel, tying trips to pipeline impact, renewals, upsells, and cost control. Would love to hear how you’re thinking about biz travel today or what challenges you'd want solved 🙏 Just trying to make something actually useful (not another dusty dashboard 😅). If you're open to connecting, I’d really appreciate your feedback!
What are the business questions you are trying to help your customers answer?
Hey Pat H. great question, here are some of the value we try and address -
Which trips actually move the needle on pipeline, renewals, or revenue.
How can we prioritize high-impact travel while cutting low-value spend.
What’s the ROI of our business travel - by team, rep, region, or customer segment.
How do we improve forecasting accuracy by tying travel plans to GTM outcomes.
We're seeing a lot of teams struggle with visibility and justification when it comes to GTM travel, our goal is to give them clarity without extra admin work.
Edo P. -- I may sound like a devil's advocate but why would I buy a software for tracking this? I can have a custom field on my CRM to mark a deal as Travel Influenced and then some dependent properties that capture Trip Name, Region, Travel Dates, etc. Also, I believe a lot of these trips get covered under Events.
If I have these on my CRM, I can have a dashboard to track their impact.
I always like a good devil's advocate conversation 😎 Nitin B. Pat H. Totally fair points, and honestly if custom CRM fields and dashboards are working well for you, that’s great. What we’ve seen though (after chatting with over 100+ revenue teams) is that in reality, reps don’t consistently tag travel influence (so attribution & CAC is often incomplete), it’s hard to tie trips to actual pipeline movement or ROI, and finance usually has little visibility into what’s being spent vs. what’s being closed. We’re trying to solve that by automating the data across systems (CRM, expenses, travel bookings, calendars), making it easier to prioritize the right trips before they happen (with AI that is now possible), and show real impact post-trip, without adding more admin work.
