That said, I have to be straightforward with you: when a client comes in, I can't put the process on hold while we onboard a new supplier. Onboarding involves aligning on commissions, signing a contract, and going through the process properly, and the client can't wait for that.
What that means in practice is that when I have a client in dental, hospitality, or legal, I'll reach out to get the onboarding started, but I can't guarantee that client will still be available by the time everything is signed. We already have suppliers on contract who would get priority for that brief.
