Alex B. Mahé Great point about the ICP! I would add 2 things: 1. make sure to ask yourself WHY the ICP is the ICP (dont assume biggest revenue customer is your best) and if the ICP has changed again ask WHY. Maybe you have 2 ICPs now.. The second thing is - make sure all your outreach and communication is tied to the ICP and your methodology. Would love to hear your thoughts. : )
