Is there a reason for using marketing email? You’re a lot more likely to land in an inbox (and not spam or some other filtered folder) if you sent via sequences because of how sequences are sent (from your email client, not a HubSpot mail server)
Do you send from a general inbox (like [email protected]) or from an individual rep that the new contact gets assigned to?
If the latter (and you have access to sequences), you could have the form enroll the new contact into a sequence for the follow ups.
For the former, you could use transactional email add-on but there is a cost associated.
If you have service hub, you could use the ticket notifications but that feels like a pretty inelegant workaround.
Is it possible that you need to tell it to copy employment role to job title? Just a guess, but it might be a safeguard to prevent people from overwriting years worth of manually enriched data.
