Quick Question to leaders out there - What's the preferred tool for small teams - Attio or Hubspot? Main considerations are scalability and third party integrations? How does the pricing look like for a 3-4 people team?
My company's used both and we switched from Hubspot to Attio. Hubspot has way more integrations and is way more widely used so there are more people out there who are familiar with it / can help you set things up. Tons and tons and tons of people use hubspot and there's a lot of value in that. Hubspot is also more expensive and less configurable. The UX (imo) is atrocious when it comes customizing your build and pretty bad for end users just doing day to day work in the platform (compared to more modern crms like attio or folk). Their sales team is also a lot to deal with. I think if you're thinking you just need like a "four wheels and a seat" type crm that does all the basic stuff Hubspot is probably the right choice and if you feel you have a really particular object model you'd like to implement and you want a lot of control and you need a lot of custom workflows I think Attio is a better choice.
ATTIO 100% Sunny S. 😉 You can have a look at my Substack article about it: https://novlinigtm.substack.com/p/attio-vs-hubspot-navigating-your
HubSpot is pretty good, but I have been using Attio recently and in terms of usage it is way easier and smarter built. It can auto pick activities, has a call intelligence feature they just launched and is fairly easy to set up. Only downside i see is limited number of integrations but they have been bypassing that with Zapier and other tools. Else HubSpot is a safe choice as many flagged. Ofc it all depends on how large the org is and what use cases they foresee in future.
we have a smallish team and use hubspot does everything we need and will scale with us for a while
For small teams, HubSpot is often preferred due to its scalability and extensive third-party integrations. It supports various tiers, making it suitable as your team grows. Pricing for HubSpot can vary, but the basic tools are free, with additional costs depending on the features you choose. HubSpot for me, but I’ll admit I’ve never used Attio. Pricing will depend heavily on your specific needs.
HubSpot all day long.
I'm totally biased but I also think www.folk.app works very well
