3+ years net-new Mid Market / Enterprise SaaS sales (HR tech a plus)
Strong consultative selling chops (MEDDICC, Challenger, value-selling)
Grit, perseverance, disciplined sales hygiene
Track record of consistently exceeding quota
Experience selling SaaS into HR or adjacent functions
