Proposal to Organize Job Submissions by Geography

Hello, Team, I wanted to check if it’s possible to structure job submissions based on geography—perhaps by creating separate channels or categories for US-based roles, UK-based roles, and others. This would help streamline submissions and improve relevance for both recruiters and candidates.

Hi! We've tried this in the past and it's just not working. Everything just ends up back in the main one. For example we have an 🔒[private feed] channel but it gets very low activity. We've decided to stop making new channels all together - a lot more cons than pros. What you're asking makes sense obviously but from a community standpoint, those decisions usually end up in failure. Not to mention 90+ percent of our daily active users are US based/operating/focused... that being said, the US is our focus. Hope this makes sense and thanks!
