I'd say it's more broad than deep. The hardest to get is specific donations, which come from several different sources. The biggest problem is what we call disambiguation -> knowing this Mike Cubberly is the same that gave X gift. We're getting better and better at solving that accurately. The 2nd biggest problem is helping non-profits know how to do cold outreach, which is why we built a tool to find connections. That way we can give them ways to get in contact with donors through people networks rather than cold calling.
