I am setting up a sales process for a IT Service company, and they have been doing BANT qual method, but I feel that is not the right fit and I think SPIN will be a good option. Hence seeking inputs from members who have done SPIN

How were you planning on measuring the success of the methodology change (win rate / customer satisfaction / etc)?

I will start by measuring two parameters. Quantity of discovery calls and SQLs generated . Gonna do a/b testing for 4 weeks
