Hi everyone, I wanted to ask this community for advice. Why don’t companies give feedback to candidates especially after multiple rounds? It would be nice to know why I’m not getting hired. :/ Also, I don’t know what companies want at this point in an SDR I’m confident I can do this but if only someone gives me a shot, lol
Unfortunately some companies just don't ever give feedback and I personally believe you should always give feedback but theres a lot of reason why they may not. Have you asked them all for feedback/followed-up on it? Sometimes an extra nudge will give you something. What's your background and what type of roles are you applying for in terms of remote/hybrid,on-site and what industries?
Nicholas P. yes I have multiple times. I’ve followed up and asked for feedback. I am looking for an SDR role that’s remote. My background is in e-commerce supply chain and logistics, customer service and I’ve also worked in full cycle sales and tech sales before. I’ve been away from it for the last few years cause I was in college.
