There’s this thing we don’t talk about enough in GTM. That _gap_ between the plan we present… and what actually plays out. Seriously, though. It shouldn't be about who's number is right. I should be about who's model is most useful in showing you what to do—to change the number.

I usually go for a range of projections, as reduces the risk. Though in one of my roles during COVID, between sales and marketing and the development backlog, I faced enough delays that a lot of times it made me question the sanity of the process.
