Hi everyone, My company (a healthcare startup) is currently facing an issue with ad conversions. According to my manager, after we migrated our website from WordPress to Webflow, the number of ad conversions dropped significantly also but not sure where is the leak. Where would you start investigating first in a case like this? Also, if you have any recommendations for tools (e.g., for analysis or conversion tracking), I’d really appreciate it. Would love to book a quick call if you are open to it. Thanks a lot!
I’d start by checking your tracking; migrations to Webflow can easily mess up GA4 or pixel events. You can quickly test with Tag Assistant / Pixel Helper, and it this will show if things are firing right. If that’s fine, I’d go through the funnel myself on mobile and desktop. Forms not submitting cleanly, slow pages, or even a small design change can hit conversions hard. After that, compare pre vs post-migration funnel data (page views → form submits → conversions) to see exactly where the drop started. And don’t forget ad URLs and UTMs, sometimes those get messed up during migration too. That sequence usually makes the leak obvious. If you need more help, let me know and gladly will hop on a call with you.
From what you are describing I think it may be a triggering event setup problem. But it also could be a problem with the Ux/Ui. You could use Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to track user behaviour on the LPs. I think with GA4 and Google/ Facebook Ads you should be able to track the issue. Happy to help if you want to book a call :)
