Addressing Declining Phone Connect Rates in North America

Hey guys, Our customers have been telling that phone number connect rates are dropping these days in the North American Region. People don't pickup calls from unknown numbers Curious, how are you tackling this problem?

last time I picked up an Unknown / Private number, it ended being a scammer that tried convincing me I failed to show up for a jury summons and that there is now a warrant out for me… almost had me for a hot second as well. It’s not you, its them TBH. It’ll be interesting once Apple releases their Google catch-up AI call screening feature this fall, perhaps if you can convince an AI answering service that your pitch is worth for a human to hear, it’ll increase connect rates again

I'm with Manuel H.. I never pick up private numbers and the only numbers that aren't in my phone are local because I have a kid in school. The scammers are why we can't have nice things. I am optimistic about the AI call screening features help with this a bit but I still feel like cold calls just aren't as useful as they had been.

Manuel H. this is a nice perspective on Apple's new screening feature. Many people have been skeptical about the Apple AI feature making the end for cold calling, but this offers a fresh and interesting way to view it.
