I have a question, it’s been bothering my mind. Is there a reason a lot of recruiters don’t want to hire people from Africa, we have a lot of talented people who are ready to do the work efficiently as well. Take myself for instance, I have experience in sales, customer support and project management but I’ve been trying to get a job to no avail. It’s saddening.
Hmmm how's the time zone difference? A lot of folks are starting to hire in Latin America if they want to outsource. Otherwise most American companies try and keep everything on American soil when they can afford it. That said, I know there's a lot of talent out there! Wishing you the absolute best. If there are folks willing to hire internationally, I'll be sure to tag you.
Same here milk, time zones should not be a problem here but how well and talented is the person. We africans are very dedicated and hardworking, time zones should not be a barriers. Please am currently looking for work in customer service, sales development or administrative assistant, please don't leave us behind. Thank you in advance 😊.
Kezia E. scarlet i. my advice would be to get on platforms like upwork and work towards relocating out. A number of times a physical presence outside Africa really helps your chances. Meanwhile you have to keep going. Don't give up, you would get your dream opportunity 💪💪
Ure welcome
Kezia E. scarlet i. I just recalled you ladies check out project growth they hire African and Indian talents. You would mostly need to submit a loom video though. I get their emails alot. All the best
Oh alright
Just keep going I really recommend upwork if you aren't on the platform yet
It pays
Yes, I’ll check that out… Thanks alot, I really appreciate.

From my European perspective is basically three things:
accent (something it’s more mumbling than speaking understandable English)
low quality Environment / background setup
culture (really really often it’s about understanding the audience. In example - if I’m from Poland I’d better understand German market than someone from Africa)
Timezone is not really a problem. I hope I helps:)
