How Founders Handle Dev Costs When Bootstrapping an MVP App

Hey everyone! I have a question for the founders here. How are you guys handling dev costs when you're bootstrapping an app? Like for founders who want to get to MVP but the upfront costs are just brutal. Curious what approaches people have taken or if anyone's found something that actually works.

Have you tried using Lovable or Replit? No coding experience needed and you can get very far.

A combination of Claude Code, Codex and other AI coding systems are very powerful. You have to know precisely what you want and the underlying logic needs to come from you, but in terms of implementing well fleshed out ideas, these tools are now very solid.
