Hi folks - I run GTM for Brico.ai. We just raised our Series A and will be hiring AE's in short order. Question for heads of sales/sales managers - what kind of case studies do you assign to AE's during your hiring processes these days? I'm a bit wary of take home assignments due to LLMs, but would also like to see someone's work product, over and above our interview conversations. Any suggestions? Thank you!
One option is to not lean away from AI but into it. The best reps are going to be leveraging AI to sell faster and better. Create a take home that encourages the use of AI and test their skills. What kind of "work product" are you specifically looking to see?
Congrats on the funding round. As far as I know whatever case studies that you have had with previous clients is gtg. Creating an LMS and assigning it not for just the AE's but anyone who would join the org which explains the strategy used and the journey behind it. Curious to know if you would be interested in partnering up with partners who would be setting up meetings for you so your AEs can focus on closing rather then on setting up the convos. If yes, my DMs are open - I would love to share how
