Optimizing Nurturing Workflows for Long Sales Cycles in HubSpot
Question for the long sales cycle folks (6-18 months) ๐ค I've been setting follow-up tasks in HubSpot for warm leads who aren't ready yet. But when the task pops up 3-6 months later, I'm spending like 30-45 minutes per person: โข Reading old emails to get context โข Remembering what we talked about โข Creating a custom one-pager or asset for them โข Actually writing the email This can't be the best way to do this, right? What's everyone's workflow for nurturing these contacts? Is there a tool that helps with this? Or do I just need to get better at taking notes? I'm on HubSpot if that matters.
