How to Update Your Profile Email Address in Slack

🆘 Hello, how can I update my profile with my new email address? When I click on Edit Profile, it doesn’t allow me to change my email

The built in Trova app should allow you to add in your linkedin etc.

Thanks for your message William. I just tried to use Trova but apparently I can only add a secondary email, but I can’t change my primary email. Hopefully someone from RevGenius can advise a simple way to just edit my email address RevGenius C. Mike C.

Hi all - Alex, unfortunately, since we don't have a paid slack community, slack doesn't allow members to change their email addresses. You're going to have to re-sign up with your new email address and then let me know and I will deprecate the old one. Revgenius.com/sign-up
