For a smaller client of mine, the AI use case we built with general AI (Claude) was to get their sellers to create a sales project that connects note takers (Fireflies) and the CRM (Hubspot). All the deal notes, meeting summaries, etc. were generated through this approach. The result has been good and it provides good mechanisms to trigger daily check ins on deal next steps, nudges, etc. Hope this helps and happy to share more!
It sounds like using individual chats in the AI leaves little context.
Using project instructions also solves for consistency.
