I mostly follow relevant accounts on linkedin as well as keep track of AI developments via youtube curators. This has been enough for me. In terms of adopting and testing, we work with our IT team to ensure access and security compliance for any new connections and we try to dedicate regular time to testing new ideas and capabilities aka "hackathons". With time we have found out what has potential and bring it forwards. AI is now just another tool in RevOps' belt at Funnel.
