Question @here : We are on Hubspot Marketing Enterprise and Hubspot CRM / Sales Pro. We are considering switching to Attio.com (CRM) and Customer.io (marketing automation).. does anyone have experience with these and making this move? Hubspot is getting super expensive and while it's good and intuitive, I'm not sure it's the best for us (email members about events, onboarding new members, segment for events etc seems to be able to be done through a number of platforms). Would love to hear your feedback !!!
Who is going to build out Attio and all of your integrations?
Fun fact - Attio auto enriches complete crm
Built in
Tbh we could keep HubSpot for crm
Sure, but how much time and money is it going to take for that agency to build it for you and train the team to not only operate it, but maintain it.
what about hubspot crm to customer.io ?
I have a chance to save probably $2-3k/month
also - I think it needs to be parity or better to do the move; i'm not convinced hubspot is best for us (although it's a good platform)
enterprise because at a certain contact level it's more cost effective*
Andy M. curious if you've ever used customer.io ? or have any feedbcak 🙂
I have been using Attio recently, and here is my take after 2-3 months. Jared R. For the small size shop I am: So far its a breeze. I love the auto enrichment, gmail integration is 🔥 automatically creates contacts and companies, it has a good easy UX/UI. Very easy to use and understand and you can build out decently complex flows if you wanna be fancy. On the downside Attio doesn't replace the marketing stack, or create website forms etc. It does have integrations but limited. And other integrations are also limited which is where they lose. And no one wants to manage Zapier for each webhook based integration they don't have. I know they are working on it, but thats my honest take so far. HubSpot is also getting pricier, they are trying to be on par to SF (literally HS rep told me the other day)
