I am moving away from Hubspot as i build out an inbound/outbound GTM process and need help determining my next platform Visitor ID - RB2B Contact acquisition - Apollo Enrichment - Clay CRM - (?) Outbound automation - Instantly Meeting booking - ChiliPiper Thoughts?
I’m in the HubSpot or Salesforce camp. If you are planning on long-term growth or quickly scaling, 9 times out of 10, you’re gonna end up right back at those two regardless.
I highly recommend Attio Adam S.. That’s our area of expertise at novlini.io. Happy to take some time with you to help.
Brevo is pretty robust
+1 on Attio, also previously I checked out pipedrive which seems decent. for meetings I use cal.com and for outbound automation, customer.io any day of the weeek.
Adam S. For your CRM after moving from HubSpot, I’d strongly consider Salesforce if you’re scaling significantly - it’s unmatched for complex GTM processes with multiple tools. Your stack looks solid otherwise! Clay + Apollo is a powerful combo for acquisition and enrichment. You may want to setup access restrictions on Clay or have a dedicated person, the credits role up quite quickly if everyone in the SDR team has access to Clay. The key is making sure your CRM choice has native integrations with ChiliPiper and Instantly to avoid building custom syncs. I’ve seen too many RevOps teams waste months building connectors that should have worked out-of-the-box! Happy to brainstorm and help you out, if you do decide to go with hubspot or Salesforce!
Close. Also, you should checkout: theboomerang.co for contact acquisition.
