Earliest Reliable Signals That a Deal Might Be in Trouble

Hey RevOps folks, I have a question for you - what's the earliest signal you trust that a deal might be in trouble ? Curious to hear your thoughts.

Emails from someone who was engaging taking 2x longer to respond. (ie a prospect normally responds within a business day and suddenly it's been 3 days...? Strong red flag for enterprise)

That relative change vs baseline is helpful. Do teams you’ve worked with track response latency anywhere, or is it mostly rep intuition?
