Integrating WhatsApp with HubSpot for Multiple Accounts

Hi all. Has anyone integrated Whatsapp with HubSpot? We need to record some of our sales Whatsapp conversations into HubSpot. The native Whatsapp Business Integration unfortunately isn't an option as only one Whatsapp Business Account can be integrated, and we need to record Whatsapp conversations from several Whatsapp Business Accounts. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Jon. Unfortunately you can't connect multiple Whatsapp account in HubSpot. The Whatsapp Business native integration is mainly used for website communication for example when a customer wants to chat or send a message via the Whatsapp bot on the website.

I've started looking at third party integrations that would act as an intermediary between several whatsapp numbers and HubSpot. I'm looking into Respond.io at the moment.

Hi, this is a common challenge, and probably your best bet would be to look look for a third-party integration on the Hubspot app marketplace.
