Recommendations for Marketing Experiment Management Apps

App for managing and tracking marketing experiments? We’re running a number of marketing experiments all the time, and we need to switch from managing and tracking it via a Google sheet, into something more manageable. Can anyone recommend a good app for this? (or should I simply vibe code a new one for this…) Thanks!
