Hey folks! We are getting Hubspot set up and I was wondering if its worth it to get their AI (I think it's called Breeze)? We don't really want any content creation stuff, moreso want some kind of conversational intelligence over our CRM - what does our pipeline look like, what are things that worked in other deals that we should do with prospects, etc. Does Hubspot's AI do that? Do you guys know / use anything to get insights our of your Hubspot? I don't want to give Hubspot even more money if I can avoid it lol
Some of the AI features are quite basic but the data intelligence ones are pretty handy
I see the credits. What are the data intelligence ones good for?
Things like company research, deal loss, call recaps, adding data, etc. there’s whole suite of them
sent you a dm
Kartik D. HubSpot’s “Breeze” AI adds some predictive power, but it’s limited when it comes to deep RevOps intelligence. For teams focused on conversational intelligence and deal analysis, it’s worth integrating third-party layers like Gong, Clay, or PeopleGlass. They enrich HubSpot data instead of replacing it and you keep cost efficiency by activating insights only where they matter.
I'm building a HubSpot AI assistant in Slack, and it's real difficult to get actual useful analysis using natural language. For outputs you can actually trust, you'd have to invest quite a bit of time and money (less money than Breeze though in the long run lol)
I've heard good things about AskElephant and know they can do this!
Breeze assistant is cool. I use it a lot
what do you use it for?
Get guidance on how to perform certain tasks, knowledge base and update records
does it work well for knowledge base? I've found it misses a lot of context
I need to ask in detail and send some follow-up questions sometimes, as with every AI chatbot. For me, it has been fine so far
