Update: Solved! Hey -- can someone give me the logic for how to calculate call connect rate in HubSpot via custom formula fields?

This is what I am using and it's clearly not working: DIV0(COUNT([CALL.hs_activity_type]), COUNT(IF([CALL.hs_call_disposition] = "Connected", [CALL.hs_activity_type], NULL)))

Try using this DIV0( COUNT(IF([CALL.hs_call_disposition] = "Connected", [CALL.hs_call_disposition], NULL)), COUNT([CALL.hs_call_disposition]) )
