Troubleshooting HubSpot Sales Hub and Outreach.io Sync Delays

Does anyone have Outreach.io connected with HubSpot Sales Hub? I inherited this setup and the Contacts sync is taking forever to complete (including the incremental sync) With that, new Contacts created in HubSpot are taking around 2 days to sync into Outreach
