Troubleshooting HubSpot Sales Hub and Outreach.io Sync Delays

Does anyone have Outreach.io connected with HubSpot Sales Hub? I inherited this setup and the Contacts sync is taking forever to complete (including the incremental sync) With that, new Contacts created in HubSpot are taking around 2 days to sync into Outreach

I have a couple of clients with this setup. I can reach out to them and ask if they’d be willing to speak with you directly. If they aren’t able/willing, I’d be happy to share my experience as well. For what it’s worth, I haven’t seen many companies find too much success in the HubSpot:Outreach integration for a multitude of reasons, one of them being this sync issue you’re experiencing now.

We were using Outreach with Salesforce but just replaced with HubSpot Sales. What are you using each tool for their primary purpose? Can you adjust the sync settings to be shorter?

Steve, HubSpot is the primary CRM and Outreach.io will be used for Sales Engagement. I created a filter to select the Contacts that sync into Outreach. It is helping for now but I am not sure if that it is ideal
