Hi everyone, Has anyone build out a real-time dashboard (e.g. in google sheets or something) that autosyncs data from Hubspot reports? Would love to get some insights if you've something similar set up :) Thanks

Hey! Yes, we've set something up using Datavicloud, it helps generate real-time insights not just from HubSpot, but also from other key business tools. It’s been super helpful in centralizing data and keeping dashboards always up to date. DMing you more details now!

While real-time dashboards that auto-sync data from HubSpot reports are not supported with true instantaneous updates, HubSpot provides frequent updates and manual refresh capabilities that might meet your needs

Hi Nimisha, yes, I have. I use Coefficient to get data from HubSpot into Google Sheets, then use Power BI to connect the sheets and build my data model for reporting. Coefficient updates hourly, and power BI is set to update multiple times a day. It's not exactly real-time, but pretty close.
