Request for Gainsight or Gong Walkthrough for CS Teams Setup

Hi all - Anyone using Gainsight or Gong for CS teams and would be open to giving me a quick walkthrough of how you've set it up? We're trying to figure out our CS tech stack and would love an actual walkthrough instead of a sales pitch. Happy to send over a gc as a thank you as well! 🙂

Didn’t use Gainsight (too much for our needs), but did use Gong, connected to BackEngine to get Customer 360-style visibility. Happy to chat if interested
