Tbh I don’t have experience in funded learning and any of the ICP’s below minus CTO’s. I don’t think my experience would translate that well for what you’re selling.
My main targets are HR Directors, L&D Leaders, Heads of Talent, and sometimes CTOs — typically in mid-to-large UK-based companies across industries like tech, finance, healthcare, and professional services
I work with funded learning opportunities where we offer government-funded digital skills programmes in data, software, and AI. These are funded through the UK Apprenticeship Levy, which means companies can upskill their workforce at no extra cost using funds they’ve already contributed. I’m running outbound email campaigns, but I’m also actively leveraging LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn InMails, and cold calling to reach and engage stakeholders. Despite this multichannel approach, it’s still tough to get meaningful responses from senior decision-makers — so I’d love to hear what’s working for others in terms of messaging, cadence, or conversion tactics. focus on the long run + manual work, everyone use’s automatizations and mid softwares that make you land in spam and you finish with this ‘pay to play’ dynamic!
