Hey GTM gurus! I have a list of contacts in Apollo that I'd like to engage via a LinkedIn messaging campaign. However, I don't want to waste time engaging people who are not active on LinkedIn. I have LinkedIn sales navigator and I know that I can use the checkbox (posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days), as a proxy for who is active on the platform. My question is, how do I run the Apollo list through sales navigator to refine that list, just to those people who are active on LinkedIn? Do I need to pass through my CRM? Or is there another hack someone has figured out?
Option 1: Why not just recreating this list of contacts in Sales Navigator from scratch, and applying the “posted on LI in the last 30 days”? This would be the best option provided you’re not using a filter in Apollo that Sales Navigator doesn’t have, and/or if the list is less than 2500 people (as you’d be caped to extract that much from sales navigator) Option 2: As Mike said, you could export the list from Apollo with a scraper, then enrich these contacts to extract the linkedin posts they wrote (possible with Airscale, and I believe with Clay too) Once you have a column containing these posts, I’d simply run an AI prompt to tell you whether this person wrote a post in the last 30 days. Here’s an example of the output for option #2:
(If you have enough credits 😎 ) Airscale won't use your Apollo credits to export them into Airscale
Yes, it’s to save your export credits. If you have plenty of them then the csv export works perfectly too!
I tried airscale apollo export in the free trial, it asked for my cookies and used them to my knowledge.
Yeah, that’s ohkay. But my credits got used when I did that for Apollo
