Here's what I would do:
1.
Build list/lookalike list of companies in CompanyEnrich (cc Amirali N. Zeynep S.)
2.
Import into Apollo + enrich list with 'people' data
3.
Bring that list into airscale.io (cc Victor) and verify all emails

Yup - that flow will work - I do that flow twice a week (many of my customers target SMB...specially construction/mfg )

do a free trial of Apollo (or buy it for ~$50/m)
3.

i think for 2000 emails it is like 150 bucks

since it is hard to find owners email address
