Automatically Retrieve Company Data from HubSpot Using External Tools

Hi everyone, does anyone know how I can automatically retrieve a company from a company list in HubSpot using an external tool? Zapier doesn’t seem to support this.

Companies that has showed Buying Intent in Hubspot, we store all these companies in a company list in Hubspot. I want to extract these companies from Hubspot with Zapier or something alike, so I can enrich and find relevant persons with Clay and automatically enroll them in an email/linkedin campaign

Here is how I'd approach it. when a company shows intent, create an "enrichment" trigger property, set that to "Enrich" in hubspot. Then set up your zap to use "new company property change" to fire when a company has the enrichment property set to "enrich" after you complete your flow, update the value to Completed or something similar to show it has already been enriched.

I assume you can do this with another automation platform called N8N you can pull all the list and make an HTTP request to clay with important field and you also can add perplexity and bring all this data back in HubSpot or add them to linked campaign like PhantomBuster

Muhammed B. yes, you should be able to do this with any of the iPaaS solutions that have a hubspot integration, or use the HubSpot API for this

Yes, agreed with Jon--this is straightforward via tools like Clay or N8N if you set up the integration and have the knowledge regarding building triggers based on list membership
