Tips for Job Hunting Success in Today’s Competitive Market

Does anyone here have advice on job hunting in this day and age? I’ve been messaging hiring managers on Linkedin and getting pretty far in the interview process, only to get beat out by other candidates. Any tips are helpful and welcome!

Hey William M. - what worked for me is going for growing companies, and pitching a high position a solution you can help with! In my case, I pitched the COO (bc I work in sales) with a way to get more clients, he referred me to the CEO, and here I am :)) Also, how are you doing your interviews? Bringing a vision and a plan (according to your role), shows that you're not just waiting for the job - but actively looking for it
