Anybody here with experience in high touch consulting GTM play
high-touch consulting GTM is basically all trust signals. what's worked for us: publish original data from your domain expertise, use that as top-of-funnel instead of cold outreach. we publish an AI fluency report at aisa.to/state-of-ai-fluency and it drives more qualified conversations than any outbound sequence ever did. the content proves you know the space, the call just confirms fit.
The report is free or behind a paywall ?
totally free, no paywall, no email gate. full findings right there on the page.
Then do you have a short form on the page where they explicitly express interest to engage you further?
not on the report page itself, no. we keep it clean — no gates, no forms. the conversion is the assessment. someone reads the data, wonders where they'd score, clicks through to take it at aisa.to. that flow converts way better than any form ever did for us. the content IS the top of funnel, the assessment IS the lead capture.
Hey Siddhartha D., what exactly is your ask? Consulting/execution on sales for your business?
The business is that of high touch consulting, founder led sales motion, not high volume.
Yes. But what's the ask?
AI integration for operating model transformation
Siddhartha D. Yea that is an interesting and critical area. Not done right, it could prove costly. Happy to chat 1:1 on how one might go about doing that. Lots to unpack before we begin to solve, as you might imagine. Raj
What I have realised is that it is very difficult for orgs to fundamentally rewire their ops, especially in the services space. Because that can mean people are required to work differently and nobody wants to topple the apple cart even if it means being more efficient and having a better operating profit eventually.
I have operated in those areas - Founder Led Services Orgs. You'll likely get the most resistance at the Top (founders). I have this saying called "Boardroom-to-BDR" - essentially you are trying to connect what the Board (here the Founders) are measuring and how it needs to be operationalized all the way to the BDR. In founder led companies, its harder, cause most founders dont understand why they need to do those things, cause they do it anyway and expect all others to simply "get it". That's where a strong leader and an approach makes it (or they dont make it).
