Focusing on First Principles: Key Questions for GTM Success
Today proved to me once again that most GTM “problems” we are thinking of, are just noise. When I zoom out to first principles, it always comes back to the same 3 questions:
- 1.
Who exactly are we serving?
- 2.
What painful thing are we fixing for them?
- 3.
Why us instead of the 100 other options?
If I can’t answer those clearly, everything else I’m working on is just very expensive noise. ✍️
