Hi everyone, I'm working on B2B AI Software company and we've been sending cold outreaches (testing multiple sequences with 3 steps each) and recently started writing some corporate blog contents that we believe could help our potential users. I want to know if there are further ways I could try to get early recognition quickly. p. s. We are early and we are eager to learn from RevOps teams who have the firsthand experience. But we are having a hard time even getting one single team to interview..TT
Fastest way to feedback is cold calling
and fastest way to find message market fit
Thanks for your advice! Considering my purpose (to learn about the last time they've gone through a certain problem and how they solved it) Were you the one getting my call, what type of approach would be better? (1) to honestly ask them for an interview or (2) to do a normal cold call (personalized opener + common problems + solutions)
Just build a hypothesis and start dialling Ask about priorities Align your solution to those priorities
Or maybe just ask gpt what are the 3 priorities for x title and tell them you help folks worth this priorities
And you value prop
And ask for meeting
Adam Y. what are you really trying to do? get customers or do interviews? For interviews, sit down and think about your network, often through university, ex colleaegues, etc is big enough to get to at least to 10-20 people that help clarifying your value prop etc. Also make sure you ask the right questions. Read the book "the mom test" 😉
Always adjust accordingly, be patient though. If a talking script is collecting dust (no conversions) something should be changed.
Thanks everyone! Harshil B. Maybe I was just scared to cold call a random person. I have these key hypothesis set up in my mind, so obviously will give it a try. (and be more brave) Alexander S. My goal is to do interviews. But while I have connections with people of where I come from (Korea), I don't have much connections with my real targets (RevOps Leaders) here. So was just depending on sending emails. Maybe I should try using my connection to maximum extent! And obviously read the book, "the mom test". Thanks for the reminder!! Chris P. Being patient enough.. Yes! I have only sent 350 emails until now and only tried 2 variants. Will be more patient and make more iterations! Please share me what worked for you in terms of arranging interviews or meetings!
