Advice on Advancing to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Role

Hi everyone, I’m currently working as a cold caller and consistently meet my monthly targets. I’ve completed my studies in International Business Management, and over the next 20 to 25 years, my goal is to become a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). I’d really appreciate any advice on what steps I can take now to work toward that role, and what it truly takes to reach that position. Any guidance or insights would mean a lot. Thank you!
