Hello everyone. I have been building GTM workflows and tools for AI led growth for a year now. This has convinced me that the future would be Agents Led Growth. That being said, I have been wondering about Post Sales Journey now. Lets say you have got the user who is on Free Trial or recently bought the product. How are you handling the journey from when a customer starts using the platform to get the best value, experience low friction on the product and retain that user. Has anyone tried any tool or AI for this? Interested to chat with folks who are thinking about this problem, trying to solve it or have already solved it.. Thanks.
Hey Aditya nice to meet you. Curious, are you trying to learn for yourself or to implement in your current company. Best we use so for for this is connecting specific product user platform such as mixpanel, amplitude, segment to collect the right signals along the user journey, bring in that information into Clay as the architecting and orchestrating layer and then build thing like scoring mechanisms based on various criteria's which in turns trigger specific actions based on those. That way like for outbound motions or inbound nurture you don't act with the first captured signals but have the ability to get a much browder view even outside the single user engagements as for retention or expansion the overall acccount engagement is inpoetant to take into account even layering eh seniority level of each Does that make sense?
