Feedback Request on GTM Strategy for AI Wearable Targeting Field Sales Teams
Hey guys, some thoughts and inputs on my GTM — would love your feedback. Context: My primary targets are companies with field sales teams. We make an AI wearable that turns every field sales conversation into CRM data and coaching insights — automatically. Current method: I've been doing outbound sales via email and LinkedIn using Drippify and Apollo. I primarily target prospects by narrowing down on a vertical theme (e.g., pest control companies) and then going after decision-makers like Sales Directors and VPs. From there, I run those automations. Current stats: LinkedIn — 17% acceptance rate, 4% reply rate. Of those who reply, 80% convert to a demo and 20% say no outright. Email — 1% reply rate (I'm actively working on improving the messaging). Questions: What are your thoughts on these numbers? Should I focus on more A/B testing, or should I scale the outreach with the same messaging and try to get more demos? Any suggestions on new things to try or experiment with here?
