hi all, anyone have a modern tool they use to formulate a new GTM plan? i'd also appreciate any templates that have been helpful for you to plug in specific data, or GPT-type tools that have helped you create a thoughtful, detailed GTM plan

Lots of good folks like Mike C. run strategy and execution of plans to get a GTM plan going. Happy to talk shop around what would be most helpful, depending on the company size / funding goals vertical

Yeah GPT will be good for a first draft, but the details after that point will really vary, depending on the person doing the prompting.

Typically I will use Chat GPT. But ensure to give it as much context and examples as possible so it does not hallucinate

A completely new commercial go to market plan / strategy - sales, mktg, channels, verticals, team, hiring plans etc
