Inquiry About Daily Message Limit on HeyReach Account

Hey everyone! :wave: Quick question — I set up my HeyReach account and connected it to my Sales Navigator, but so far we can only send out 20 messages per day. Is that normal? Or maybe something wasn’t set up properly? Just want to make sure we’re not missing anything. Thanks in advance!

Yes! That's a throttle for your account's safety. 25 is the max safe limit. Don't go over that.

How many accounts do you have setup?

No it will not. You need connect more accounts. I do this for companies. Where do you work?

Cool! Yeah you'll have to find real LinkedIn accounts to use. You can't just create them (you'll get banned in hours lol). Lean in whenever if you ever want any help 🙂

Great! Yeah, so if you want the ability to send more connection requests and messages, you'll have to connect more LinkedIn profiles (your colleagues) OR partner with a team to help scale your outreach efforts on LinkedIn without having to connect any more internal profiles.
