Creating a Growth Plan for Inside Sales Career Development
I currently work in a glorified SDR position "inside sales/business development" with 10+years experience and pursuing my MBA. At time of hire there was my understanding I would develop the inside sales function and create a and manage a department. Long story short they "promoted" me and reneged. Now I am being asked to share my professional aspirations and how I'd like my role to progress. Any suggestions on what to potentially include in high level growth plan? I want to be fairly generic in considering my lack of confidence in management potentially using this to hire and replace me or something similar.
