Seeking Mentorship for Sales Agency Transition and Tech Guidance
I’m currently running a solo sales consultancy but in the process of transitioning into building a sales / outbound agency. At the moment, I’m setting up an SDR team and my services span lead generation, sales operations, sales coaching and public tenders. I’d describe myself as a fairly strong salesperson with solid experience in business development. However, I’m less knowledgeable when it comes to the tech side of sales — things like tools, intent signals, and methods to optimize and scale sales motions. I’m considering finding a mentor who is experienced in these specific areas and could provide guidance and support. Do you have any tips or recommendations for people I should reach out to?
