Hey Community 💫 looking for help from AEs selling to Enterprise 🙏 I'm building a negotiation coach to help AEs closing more and closing quicker. Right now I'm at the calibrating the engine stage. THE ASK: read the 10 scenarios and the guidance provided by the negotiation coach. Tell me:

Interesting — I’ve seen a similar gap between proposal stage and actual closing dynamics. Curious how you’re defining “success” for the coach right now — is it faster deal cycles, higher close rate, or improved win quality?

At this point I've built the brain for the coach. All based on scientific literature. What I'm doing right now is calibrating the brain with feedback from AEs. To ensure the guidance it provides is useful, it pertains to negotiation, etc. My goal is to help a) close more deals and b) decrease the sales cycle by providing more objectivity and keeping the negotiation focused on what matters.

Nice — the “calibrating the brain with real AE feedback” part is interesting. That’s usually where most systems either become too theoretical or too noisy if they don’t anchor to real deal behavior. On my side I’ve been thinking more about the gap that appears after messaging/proposals go out — where deals start moving internally and visibility drops off. That’s where momentum often gets lost or misunderstood. Curious in your calibration process — are you mostly optimizing for decision accuracy in negotiation, or for behavioral consistency across different AE styles?
