Struggling with AI B2B SaaS Sales: Seeking Guidance and Tips

Hi, I have been trying to build software startups (now AI B2B SaaS) for almost 2 years and always struggled with sales (to be honest, haven't made a single sale in this time period). So I'm hoping to learn something here.

Not yet, because honestly I haven't had much success getting meetings for problem discovery, so I am not sure what industry has this problem more. That is my plan for now.

Currently, working on a process coordination platform for sales and customer success teams. Basically an AI manager that executes uploaded SOPs and processes, assigns tasks to relevant employees and nudges/ follows up with them to make sure everything is on track.
