I ask because depending on who you’re looking to target, I may have a contact in the same space of education and wellness; could be some syngergies there. Hey how are you? Funny, my grandfather was a general contractor and taught me and my sister everything he knew. I can paint, pour concrete, soldering/welding, plumbing-you name it. And I loved tech since a kid as well-my uncle worked for the FCC and would bring home this defunct computers I'd nurse to life by trial and error. Definitley would love to stay in touch-now I’m in media campaigns, strategic planning, crisis management strategy and starting my first brick and mortar entities.

Erika B. Great question! Partners will generally identify referrals and send them my way, which I prefer since I have a referral fee structure set up. I don't remember ever requesting referrals, oddly enough-not sure why I haven't:) Yeah, partners have made referrals to me, set up meetings and intros and even helped me close.

Tyler I. How do you define partnerships within this sense? Is it someone directly in the company or external? I ask because I have contractors I've partnered with and they've been a great source of referrals. I have clients who have been the same. I've linked my business with others in intersecting spaces and we've been very beneficial for each other. So overall, my partnerships have been extremely beneficial and I for them-if we define them as partners. It hasn't always been that way and I've offloaded quite a few
