Hi Mike - some feedback for the form. Might be useful to include a location/country field since this group has a pretty international user base.

Also at Mike C. I think Location transparency in job listings benefits both parties: companies receive more qualified applications by clearly stating geographic requirements, while job seekers can focus their efforts on positions where their location actually makes them eligible candidates. it will be worth adding to the job posted.

Mike C. but the two roles just posted doesn't have the specific location needed. I actually can't see it I am wondering if it is me. They were pushed from Zapier

Ahhh - you're right - I think they need to be mapped. My fault on the rush to jump it w/o getting it hooked up right the first time. Thanks!
