Hey everyone! 👋 Quick question around career direction: If you have about 1.6 years of experience both as an MM/Enterprise SDR and as an SMB AE, how would you approach deciding which role to focus on landing next? Appreciate any insights! 🙏

Currently looking for a new role. I know it is a short amount of time, therefore my consideration is to which role I should be focused on right now (SDR/AE).

Yehuda P. - Ask yourself a) what are you trying to avoid and b) what are you excited about. The answer to these 2 might help you untie the knot.

AE is definitely a step up in terms of earnings, but doing well as an SDR first gives you the edge, it teaches you how to handle real conversations, objections, and the hustle that makes a great AE. It’s the best launchpad.
